Applying to CAA

 

Returning Students

Coralwood invites all RETURNING students to register for 2021-2022 by:

Step 1: Re-register online using the snap code you have been issued for each student 

Step 2: Submit any new documentation to the office (i.e. updated citizenship documents)

Step 3: Pay the registration fee ( ($150/child till April 30 and $200/child starting May 1).  Registration fees may be paid by email transfers to etransfer@coralwood.org.  Be sure to fill out the Memo or Message section and state who and what the payment is for.

Step 4: Book an appointment with the principal by calling the office at 780.454.2173 (Virtual Appt or Telephone Appt this year)
Step 5: Meet with the business manager (available Monday-Thursday, 8 am - 3 pm & Friday, 8 am - 2 pm)
Step 6: Admissions Committee.
Step 7: Letter of Acceptance.
Step 8: Financial Contract signed.


Prospective Students

Coralwood invites all PROSPECTIVE students to apply using the following process:

Step 1: Fill out and submit application online with applicable documents to the office.  Documents include:  

-a copy of student's birth certificate and/or proof of status in Canada                                                                       -a copy of student's Alberta Health Card                                                                                                               

-a copy of student's most recent report card, if applicable                                                                                      

-a copy of student's up-to-date immunization records                                                                                            

-a copy of any custody or guardianship arrangements if applicable                                                                        

-a copy of Character reference & Educator reference*

Step 2: Once Reference/Educational Check are submitted, Principal's Office will conduct a reference check.
Step 3: Interview with the Principal. (Virtual Appt or Telephone Appt)
Step 4: Interview with the Business Manager. 

Step 5:  Pay the registration fee ($150/child till April 30 and $200/child starting May 1)  Registration fees may be paid by email transfer to etransfer@coralwood.org.  Be sure to fill out the Memo or Message section and state who and what the payment is for.
Step 6: Student Assessment.
Step 7: Admissions Committee considers the application.
Step 8: Letter of Acceptance.
Step 9: Financial Contract signed.
